Taking a glimpse into CEO Georges Kern’s office, discovering the new IWC Da Vinci Collection. Christian Knoop, Creative Director of IWC Schaffhausen, shows me the new collection and tells me the story about “The Flower of Life”, that one can see on the back-side of the IWC Da Vinci watch.
“The Flower of Life is a common symbol of many spiritual and religious teachings around the world. The Flower of Life has been found all over the world in many different religions. It is one of the oldest sacred symbols known to man. It is a geometrical shape that is made up of multiple overlapping circles of the same size. There is a huge amount of information and knowledge that can be gained from understanding the Flower of Life. It is considered to be sacred geometry that contains ancient religious value and to sum it up it depicts the fundamental forms of space and time.” (Collective Evolution)
Time for a coffee…
… speaking about POSITIVE LUXURY,
of which Storm Keating is an ambassador for.
Positive Luxury is an organization, that showcases luxury lifestyle brands who take pride in their craftsmanship, service and design whilst caring for their employees and their suppliers – and working hard to protect the planet’s people and resources. Of course, IWC Schaffhausen is a part of it and has been awarded with the Butterfly.
The Positive Luxury Butterfly Mark is a trust symbol that stands for companies that care. This mark makes customers recognize positive brands and helps them make better buying decisions.

What the code of beauty means to me?
It’s: staying true to myself, to my values and to my heart,
aiming for getting the best in life,
and giving the best of me to life in return.
Leonardo Da Vinci quotes it well:
“Once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.”
What is your code of beauty and what is your code of life?
