For the first time Maison Moët & Chandon has collaborated with an artist to re-design its champagne bottle. The limited edition has been created with the 152 year old champagne house and Yoon, creative director of he fashion label AMBUSH.
Available in limited quantities and at select retailers, the Moët Impérial and Nectar Impérial Rosé bottles designed by AMBUSH showcase the ‘rule-breaking’ vision that is shared by both Yoon and Moët & Chandon.
„I’m very honoured that Moët & Chandon chose me to be the first ever artist to collaborate with them on their iconic Moët Impérial bottles.“ says Yoon, co-founder and creative director of AMBUSH
The Maison’s choice of Yoon was driven by mutual values that include a pioneering spirit, craftsmanship, and transmission of know-how.
“The most challenging part of redesigning the Moët & Chandon bottle was keeping its recognizable codes while bringing my own esthetics to this iconic champagne.” she says.
At times like these it is crucial to both brands and the artist, not only to bring happiness to people’s glasses but also contribute to our planet. And so a project with purpose unfolded.
Moët & Chandon has always taken pride in giving, which has contributed to the greatness of the Maison since 1743. A portion of the profits from limited-edition Moët & Chandon x AMBUSH sales will go to the World Land Trust – an international conservation charity that works to protect endangered natural habitats.
The support from the Moët & Chandon x AMBUSH collaboration will directly impede deforestation in the Ecuadorian Chocó Forest, thus protecting vulnerable species while combatting one of the leading causes of climate change.
