Six restaurants (Beach Bar, Ocean Bar, Taverna, Pangea, Ocean Restaurant and Crystal Box) offer different types of menus for all kind of desires from the morning till late at night – from casual to fine dining, from pizza to lobster. All of this is also available as room service for the private dining experience in your villa overlooking the sea.

Sports and activities

For the sporty ones, the resort offers different kind of activities and surroundings. The area of Agios Nikolaos is great for hiking and long walks in fascinating nature. The wind in Crete is great for sailing trips or kite-surfing activities. You can also rent a yacht to cruise around or to visit Santorini. The resort offers private yoga lessons on the beach and personal training with their established instructors. On tennis courts you can play tennis or take some private diving lessons in the sea. Furthermore you can book a Land Rover Experience tour, that the resort has developed in partnership with Land Rover. Departure and Arrival

Daios Cove is reachable within one hour by car from Crete’s airport Heraklion or within a few minutes by helicopter and offers its own helipad. Both services can be arranged by the concierge of the hotel upon request.

Privacy

I stayed at a private villa of the resort during the busiest time of the year in August for a proper digital detox and some relaxing time off. Although the resort was fully booked, our privacy was never disturbed and it never felt crowded, we were able to enjoy a quiet time in Crete.

For families with kids there is an all day kids club with different activities and baby-sitting service – to guarantee a perfect and stressful holiday for all family members.
