I’m a huge fan of books. Especially books around well-being, health, science and self-development. Usually I have the time (especially before bedtime and when I travel) to read 1-2 books a month. Due to the current pandemic, which means “more time at home”, I’m even managing to read one book per week. The benefits of reading are not only a better focus, but also calmer mind and more success in different areas of life due to self-education.
