Louis Vuitton prepares its customers for the autumn and presented this year’s fall collection in a stunning exhibiton under the title Series 3 at Strand in London. The harsh contrast of raw architecture with the glamour of the exhibition was already an ideal harbinger of the shown collection by Nicolas Ghesquière’s, which plays with equally sharp contrasts.
Nicolas Ghesquière relies on contrasts and presents the fall collection accompanied by digital installations, a specially created lighting atmosphere a stunning and futuristic walk-in wardrobe and video screenings. The border between fashion and art is blurred when you think of the showcase, which surrounds classic it-pieces of the label with futuristic scenarios and digital installations.
In this fall collection leather meets lace, silk meets coarse ribbed knit – it seems like Louis Vuitton has designed this collection for the modern secret agent: cool and seductive at the same time. The showcase catches the spirit of the fall collection at Louis Vuitton. The trend is very clear: fashion as an experience!
