It’s not a secret that stress has become part of humanity’s fast-paced lifestyle over the past decade, which has especially increased through the pandemic in recent years. That’s why the awareness for mental health has has become a topic you can easily and openly talk about these days. It has even become part of a lifestyle in several shapes, formes and colors. People start realizing that being in good health means, that not only body but also soul and mind need to be balanced and nourished in order to thrive in life.
And so MY INNER HEALTH CLUB was born: a Berlin based digital streaming platform to improve your holistic health, founded by the German Podcaster, Kundalini Teacher and Consultant Ann-Kathrin Grebner. I would call it the “Netflix for Mindfulness”. Your modern day health companion in form of a health streaming service. It focuses on concerns such as stress, digestive disorders, weak immune system and low energy amongst others.
I’ve subscribed for the stress section, as it’s a constant part of my busy travels and work life, which I need to balance on a daily basis in order to thrive. I’ve participated in some exercises and courses so far and I must say, these are so interesting, I learn new things that I didn’t know before – AND the content of these courses is as refreshing and contemporary as their visual appearance is.
“Stress is a normal part of modern life – and while you can’t control your external environment, you can implement ways to control your internal environment.” Kate Robinson
In the class I took on stress, Kate Robinson, a Mindfulness and meditation teacher explains, where stress comes from, what it does to you, and helps you feel less overwhelmed and more able to cope with everyday situations. Great advice, interesting insights and practical lessons accompanied by videos, audios, DIY exercises. She especially explains research about good stress, meaning, not all stress is bad, we don’t want to have a boring life, do we? The balance is the key.
Stress is not the only topic MY INNER HEALTH CLUB is covering. What are the topics that trigger you the most? What concern is there for you to solve? Find it out here: www.myinnerhealthclub.com
Not only enriching for the mind, but also for the eye: beautifully curated contemporary design visuals make MY INNER HEALTH CLUB look like a digital art gallery.
