Tiffany & Co. x Nel-Olivia Waga: The First HEALTHY Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Together with TIFFANY & Co. and my new #consciousluxury consultancy YMPACT LAB, I invented, curated and hosted the first ever HEALTHY Breakfast at Tiffany‘s for an intimate group of ladies, earlier this week. Our aim was to modernize the iconic Breakfast at Tiffany’s and outline the brand‘s positive values.

I spoke about the importance of healthy nourishment, responsible consumption, positive energy and iconic styles which are part of TIFFANY & Co.’s responsible diamond mining and sustainability strategy:

Healthy Nutrition

“The world evolves fast. But icons will always stay icons. The breakfast at Tiffany’s is iconic. So are Tiffany’s designs. Yet our lifestyles have changed. Today we know, that the ionic breakfast at Tiffany’s that contained croissant and cappuccino is not the first thing we should be having in the morning, in order to thrive. We want you to own your day – and not the day to own you! That’s why it’s so important to nourish your body in the morning with healthy ingredients first. Your body takes its energy for the day from the first nutrients it receives. So let these be healthy, vital and nourishing: such as a water first, followed by veggies or fruits in form of an avocado toast, smoothies and juices or fruity mueslis. After you’ve set a healthy base, you can still pick some sweets from the candy store, such as croissants and also your coffee. They won’t harm your body anymore and won’t put it on a rollercoaster, because it’s already taken its energy from the healthy foods.”

Conscious Luxury

For over 3 years I have been partnering with Tiffany & Co. because our values align. Their philosophy and responsible diamond mining and sustainability strategy is very important to the brand and to its clients. Diamonds are a girls best friend… but only if we know, they are coming from a good source. These are the stones that we are wearing on our skin every day.”

Petite healthy breakfast essentials which mostly contained locally sourced ingredients that are rich in vitamins and support vitality were served.
The TIFFANY & Co. LOCK collection (exclusively at Tiffany’s in Zurich) amongst others, was presented to our guests.

During the event Jenya Hitz, a young and talented digital illustrator captured the guests in an artistic way.
