There is no other place in the world, that has shaped and changed my view on healthy lifestyle more than VIVAMAYR did. For over 4 years I have been a regular guest of the holistic health clinic and a true fan of the Viva Mayr philosophy. Almost every person that had brunch, lunch or dinner with me over the past years, can prove that. How comes? Because I’m probably the slowest eater you can imagine. When everybody has finished its meal, I’m the one still eating and telling my company why it is so healthy to eat slowly and to chew each bite about 30 times. That is only one of the many Viva Mayr habits I’ve integrated in my lifestyle over the years. After my latest detox-week at VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth and the posts I did on Instagram a few weeks ago, I have received quite a lot of feedback and questions from many of you I am happy to share these here.
VIVAMAYR is a world-famous health clinic concept in Austria which is the hottest destination for anybody “in the know”. People in the know – who have the aim to reach higher goals in life, to reach the next level of wellbeing and to enjoy a better health – physically and mentally.
The Viva Mayr Clinic in Maria Wörth has invented a modern version of the traditional FX Mayr cure combined with medial adjustments. As of today, Viva Mayr has their base at Maria Wörth in Austria, successfully runs two day clinics in London and Vienna and has recently opened as a second luxurious detox retreat in Altaussee, Austria.
A holistic health and wellbeing experience is reached by Viva Mayr’s concept of 4 principles:
“The way we eat is essential for our good health.
Prominent physician Dr. F.X. Mayr found that long-term health stems from a healthy gut. Chewing our food between 30-50 times for each mouthful and eating the right food improves our gut health. Modern Mayr doctors have expanded the principles of Dr. F.X Mayr and the Mayr Cure to create Modern Mayr Medicine.”
The Results? Brighter skin, more energy, better digestive health, a flatter stomach and happiness from within.
